Payment policy

Prices & currency

All prices and order totals are shown in US dollars (USD). The product price, delivery charge and any tax we collect are displayed before submission. Your bank may charge currency conversion or other fees separately.

Submitting an order

The checkout records your selected items, delivery details and order total. Creating an order does not itself confirm that payment has been completed. An order marked “Pending payment” is unpaid and will not be dispatched.

Payment confirmation

Use only the payment option displayed at checkout. Your order status and payment confirmation determine whether payment has been received; an order acknowledgement alone is not proof of payment. If the order remains pending, check your account or contact us before trying again.

Payment security

Never email card numbers, passwords or one-time security codes. We do not ask you to provide card details through our contact form. Where a payment provider is used, it processes payment information under its own privacy and security terms.

Unsuccessful or duplicate payments

If a payment is declined or interrupted, check your account and bank statement before resubmitting. Contact us with your order number if you think you have been charged more than once. We will verify the records before arranging any correction.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Read our returns & refunds policy. We cannot refund an order for which no payment was taken.
