Please read these terms with our payment, shipping, cancellation, returns and privacy policies before ordering. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the applicable terms, subject to your mandatory rights.

2. Scope & eligibility

These terms apply to browsing our website and placing orders for clothing. To purchase, you must have legal capacity to enter a contract in your place of residence, or have the appropriate permission of a parent or guardian. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

3. Accounts & security

An account is required to complete checkout. Provide accurate details, keep your password confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or investigate misuse.

4. Product information

Product pages describe the style, composition, colour, available sizes and care guidance. Colours may vary with screen settings and lighting. Size guidance is approximate; contact us if unsure. Product availability may change. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil an item you ordered.

5. Intellectual property

Website text, original images and design elements are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for personal shopping. Do not copy or commercially redistribute site content without permission. Nothing grants a licence to any third-party trade mark.

6. Prices, currency & taxes

Prices are in USD. Delivery and any taxes collected by us are shown before order submission. Import duties and destination charges may be the recipient’s responsibility as described in our shipping policy. If a clear pricing error affects an order, we will contact you for a decision or cancel and refund it.

7. Orders & acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the listed items. The order acknowledgement records receipt of that offer and is not proof of payment or dispatch. We accept an order when we confirm dispatch or expressly confirm acceptance. We may decline an order for a lawful reason such as unavailable stock, unsupported delivery or a payment verification problem, and refund any amount received for a declined order.

8. Payment & payment issues

Use the method offered at checkout and accurate billing information. An order marked Pending payment is unpaid; goods are not dispatched until payment is confirmed. Do not send sensitive payment details by email. Report suspected duplicate or unauthorised charges promptly so the relevant records can be checked.

9. Delivery & fulfilment

Delivery destinations, charges, handling and estimated transit times are in our shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. We remain responsible for appropriate assistance if goods are lost or arrive damaged, subject to applicable law. Provide accurate delivery details and notify us promptly of problems.

10. Cancellations & withdrawal

Request a cancellation before dispatch under our cancellation policy. Pending orders may be cancelled through your account when the action is available. After dispatch, the returns process normally applies. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.

11. Returns, refunds & remedies

Our returns & refunds policy explains the 30-day request window, item condition, return costs and refund timing. Faulty or misdescribed goods may qualify for additional legal remedies. A policy time limit does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Refunds apply only to amounts actually paid.

12. Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, submit false orders, upload unlawful material, probe systems without permission, interfere with checkout or attempt fraud. We may remove inappropriate submissions and restrict abusive or unlawful use, while respecting applicable law and existing consumer rights.

13. Privacy, cookies & communications

Our privacy policy explains the information we process for accounts, orders and support. Essential cookies maintain login sessions, the bag and checkout. Service messages may relate to your account or order. Optional marketing requires a separate lawful basis and can be declined.

14. Availability, accuracy & warranties

We take reasonable steps to keep the website accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may correct errors and make necessary maintenance changes. We do not exclude warranties or guarantees that apply by law, including rights concerning product quality or description.

15. Liability & events beyond control

We are responsible for loss that applicable law requires us to bear. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful, or other non-excludable liability. If events beyond reasonable control delay fulfilment, we will communicate available options; this does not remove your right to an appropriate remedy.

16. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your usual place of residence. 17. Updates, severability & contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date. Terms applicable to an existing order remain those agreed for that order unless a lawful change applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
